Summary

As a UX Designer, you will contribute to creating intuitive, user-centered designs on a flexible, part-time basis. Collaborating closely with our team, you will help develop thoughtful design solutions that resonate with users in meaningful ways.

Key Responsibilities

Working under the guidance of either a Senior UX Designer or Design Lead, you’ll assist in design processes including research, prototyping, and testing. You’ll work with local and remote teams to create wireframes, mockups, and conduct user testing. This role requires balancing creativity with strategic thinking, aiming to align user needs with project goals in an agile environment.

Key Skills

Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with other design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

Minimum 2 years of UX design experience, ideally within an agency or tech company

A solid portfolio showcasing web and mobile designs that reflect a user-centered approach

Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Experience in conducting usability tests, gathering insights, and implementing feedback

Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams
