Summary

As a Senior UX Designer at LOUPE Asia, you’ll play a leading role in shaping intuitive, impactful user experiences. You will report directly to the Design Lead and be expected to put in a full-time commitment, with flexibility based on project needs. You will lead end-to-end design processes, collaborating across teams to deliver high-quality solutions that resonate deeply with users and enhance their interaction with our products.

Key Responsibilities

You’ll oversee the entire design lifecycle—from research and conceptualization to prototyping and user testing. Working closely with product and engineering teams, you will design flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups, ensuring each feature aligns with user needs. Your role involves advocating for UX best practices, optimising usability, and translating feedback into actionable improvements.

Key Skills

Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite and experience with design tools like Sketch or Adobe XD

Minimum 5 years of UX design experience, ideally within an agency or tech company

Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered designs for web and mobile

Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects

Experience in leading design workshops, usability testing, and incorporating research insights

Strong interview and mentoring skills to guide junior UX designers and facilitate productive stakeholder discussions
