Project Manager

Summary

As a Project Manager, you’ll oversee project lifecycles, ensuring they stay on track, on budget, and meet the high standards our clients expect. Working closely with the design and development teams, you’ll coordinate resources, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring seamless project execution from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will manage multiple UX and design projects, ensuring each aligns with client objectives and timelines. You’ll facilitate communication between teams, monitor project milestones, and adapt plans as needed to achieve results. Key tasks include managing budgets, updating stakeholders, conducting project evaluations, and recommending process improvements. Your role is critical in maintaining quality, managing risks, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Skills

Proven experience in project management within the design or tech industry, ideally with at least 3 years in a similar role

Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Scrum certification required

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Excellent communication skills for liaising with internal teams and clients

Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Jira

Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to changes

Knowledge of UX/UI design processes is a plus
